Seton Youth Services’ Campus

Project Specifics:

TST Construction serves as the general contractor for the new Seton Youth Services Campus in Virginia Beach, VA—a vital community project supporting the organization’s mission to provide safety, shelter, and support to youth in crisis throughout the region. 

This design-build project includes the new construction of two 7,000-square-foot, two-story residential building and the renovation of an existing 6,000-square-foot building to serve as Seton’s administrative offices. The campus was carefully planned to create a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed environment for both youth and staff. 

Built on a 3.9-acre site, the project involves extensive site development, utility coordination, stormwater management, and landscaping. TST works in close collaboration with the owner and design team to deliver a high-quality facility while minimizing disruption to the surrounding neighborhood.
