TST Construction completed the Lockwood Building Renovation and Parking Lot Addition project at the VDOT Lockwood Facility in Mechanicsville, VA. The project included partial interior renovations to the 160,000 SF, four-story administration building, featuring demolition, new interior partitions, upgraded finishes, acoustical ceilings, and modifications to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, sprinkler, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems. 

The project also included expansion of the existing parking lot with new paving, drainage infrastructure, stormwater management, site lighting, sidewalks, and utility improvements, including rough-ins for future electric vehicle charging stations and security systems. The completed project delivered a new modernized office environment, enhanced site functionality, and improved long-term operational capacity for VDOT's central office operations.
